Our products are very well packaged with comprehensive protection. We also have long-established good relations with an excellent courier company who treat all products on their deliveries with the care and respect you deserve. Our delivery team provide and friendly, reliable and flexible service and if you do have special delivery instructions, please contact us and we will aim to be as accommodating as possible.
We deliver all over the UK but if you do believe you are in a traditionally hard to reach place, please get in touch and we will advise of your options and seek to arrive at the best solution for you. Although we set a delivery time on any particular day as between 8.30am & 6pm, it is generally the case that deliveries are made in the morning and collections occur in the afternoon, though we appreciate your understanding that this cannot be the case on every occasion.
Excellent Customer Service
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and aim to keep you informed every step of the way. If we are unable to provide next day delivery, or you have purchased an item that is out of stock, we will be in contact to notify you of the expected fulfillment date. We know that if you make a purchase, the first thing you want to know is “When will I receive it?” and we will always do our best to provide this information as quickly and as accurately as possible.
Where possible, please check your items upon delivery to make sure everything appears in good order. If you find something to be defective, please contact us within 3 working days and we will be able to arrange to collect the faulty item and deliver a replacement. Please make sure you conatct us as soon as you can and we are happy to discuss any issues and rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
Price Match Policy
In addition to our first class delivery process, we also operate a price match policy on all products. If you can prove to us that you have found a product on our site cheaper elsewhere (including VAT and delivery costs) we will match the price.
